Returns and exchanges:
Items may be returned with the receipt of the purchase within 15 days of the sale, or of the date of delivery if the item was shipped to you by us, for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. Merchandise must be in original UNWORN, new resalable condition and with all warranty cards, and explanation booklets / materials intact. Special orders, custom pieces, damaged pieces, and pieces altered in any manner (including, but not limited to, modified settings, engravings, sized rings, sized chains and sized bracelets) and closeouts are not returnable or exchangeable. Purchases are non-refundable. Gift certificates may be used for purchases and are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates may be used as payment of shipped items by written agreement only, call store for details.
Engagement rings and most rings purchased for $500 or more from Danwerke that have been sized the first time by Danwerke Jewelers may be complimentary sized once more by Danwerke up to one and a half sizes within the first 60 days of original purchase, and exceptions to this rule being wedding bands in order to be in compliance with the manufacturers rules and warranty and usually a small fee to cover shipping and handling. Just be sure to keep required warranty proofs and ask us for assistance to expedite. Rings that are size 5 ½ or smaller and containing stones may not be possible to size down more than ½ size, and you should be sure of the size needed before ordering. Loose Diamonds and gemstones we have shipped to you and were not purchased with a mounting must be returned within 7 days, one week of signed receipt, no exceptions and should be return shipped using United States Postal Service INSURED NEXT DAY service. Purchaser is fully responsible in case of damage, loss and / or theft. Returns will be accepted only if full purchase payment has been cleared and is in our account.
If you have a need for return of any item, call Danwerke Jewelers at 501-223-9593 within our business hours, normally 10 AM to 5:30 PM, CST Tuesday through Friday and 10 AM to 4 PM CST Saturday, and we will assign a Return Number which must be printed on the outside of the return package. If you prefer, you may email at Danwerke@comcast.net. If no immediate response, please call or email again. It is best to use only USPS INSURED MAIL to protect your liability.
While we normally can provide a record of your purchases, we reserve the right to request your own proof of purchase.
